Meet Dr.Dahlia Elbaum (Ewing Township, NJ)

Dahlia Elbaum, O.D., received her Doctor of Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University, where she earned clinical honors throughout her rotations. She also completed an advanced clinical rotation focused on ocular disease and specialty contact lenses. Prior to pursuing her career in optometry, Dr. Elbaum earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Muhlenberg College.

Dr. Elbaum provides comprehensive eye care and is experienced in the examination and management of ocular conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, glaucoma, and age-related macular degeneration. During her clinical rotation at the Lyons VA Medical Center in New Jersey, she gained hands-on experience caring for patients with a variety of ocular diseases and conditions. She has a particular interest in dry eye disease and developing individualized treatment plans to support her patients' eye health and comfort.

Dr. Elbaum's passion for optometry was inspired by her grandmother's experiences with various eye diseases and the impact vision can have on everyday life. This personal connection motivates her to provide thoughtful, compassionate care and help patients feel informed and confident about their eye health.

Outside of the office, Dr. Elbaum enjoys traveling, trying new recipes, exploring new restaurants, spending time with family and friends, and making memories with her nieces and nephews.
